You are to help customers find the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible. Job duties involve suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products and performing makeovers. The retail sales person has to meet sales goals, recruit new customers, order new products, manage inventory and do weekly stock counts.
You will be knowledgeable about our company’s skin care and cosmetic product lines. You will offer skin care advice and makeup tips to customers, and you will demonstrate makeup applications in the store. You will discuss beauty regimens with your customers in order to understand their skin care problems and offer appropriate product solutions. You will work with clients to create personalized daily beauty regimens that meet their needs and include skin care and makeup products sold by the company. Duties:
Your duties include greeting all potential customers when they walk into the store or into the area where your cosmetics counter is located. You may offer free samples of products and help customers with cosmetic testers. You build business relationships by recording customers’ contact information after they make purchases and then reach out to these same customers when you have new products they may be interested in. You also reach out to your customers directly when there are special store or product line events that may appeal to them. In this way, you build a client base in the hope that the customers you’ve served will become repeat customers.

The Sale Agent will identify new accounts/point of sales and will serve as the point person for the 1st order then ABHS assigned department will manage all future orders. The Sale agent will relay information between the director and the new account when necessary.

Providing daily, weekly and monthly updates to the director on the ongoing business development to enable effective decision making.
Regular sites visit to maintain contact with point of sales and structures formed under each partnership
Ensure progress and relevant issues are highlighted with ABHSÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s management and that timely decision-making is carried out to facilitate smooth-running of brand expansion in Kenya.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILTY – Distribution channels expansion planning
Define distributors profile and select accordingly.
Close new deals with new distributors/dealers.
Work with distributors to reach the agreed sales targets.
2. Distributors management
Responsible for formal sign off on all new distribution deal; this will include coordinating approvals and involvement from the director.
Ensure ABHS meets distributors expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy.
Manages day-to-day distributors interaction and monitor the retail prices.
Sets and manages distributors expectations.
Develops lasting relationships with distributors that foster client ties.
3. Daily and weekly Reporting

STRONG ability to sell and influence
2 years minimum sales experience (in the Cosmetic/Beauty industry an advantage)
Has his/her own means of transport
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key distributors.
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting.
Good computer skills, proficient with ms office applications.
