  • What is your returns policy?

    Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

    Items must be returned within 21 days of despatch.

    If you wish to return or replace an item, please complete the returns section on the invoice and send the items back. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number.

  • How can I sign up to your newsletters and promotional emails?

    If you have an account set up with abhsafrica.com you are also able to select or deselect these within your account preferences screen.

  • Is it safe to shop online?

    It is very safe to shop online with a trusted retailer. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible level of security.

    We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

    • Authentication – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure
    • Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server
    • Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered
    • In the unlikely event that there is unauthorised use of your card you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection.

  • Am I able to cancel or return a Gift voucher?

    Sadly it is not our policy to allow our customers to cancel or return Gift vouchers.

  • Am I able to return items purchased with a Gift voucher?

    Yes – using a Gift voucher is considered to be the same as any other form of payment.

    If you are returning the item for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible, however if you are wishing to receive a refund this will be managed by applying a credit to your account with abhsafrica.com as there has not been an alternate payment method.

  • May I contact you if I am not the named account holder?

    We are delighted to hear from anyone who has a general query about our products or shopping with Esthetique Solutions Ltd. However if you are contacting us about a specific order or account then you will need to be the account holder.

    Please can we also ask that wherever possible you use the email address that you registered with us to enable us to easily verify your details.

  • I have forgotten my password, what do I do next?

    If you have forgotten your password please go to the my account section at the top of the page. As a returning customer you will be offered the chance to click on – (forgotton password?)

    You will then be offered the chance to enter your email address used to set up your account and once you have hit submit we will send you an email with your password.

  • What currencies can I make my payment in?

    You can make your payment in a wide range of currencies choosing from UK Sterling, Euros, US Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Swedish Krona and Danish Krone. to name a few.

    All of our products are priced in Kenyan Shillings and then translated using up to date exchange rates To select a currency, please click on the currency box at the top of any page on abhsafrica.com (see illustration below)

    At this point you will be offered the chance to set your currency, location and language. (as below)

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Delta , Electron and PayPal.

  • I would like an exchange or refund for a product I ordered?

    We do not return or exchange non-faulty goods but if your product was damaged on delivery, has not been opened or used, we will happily accept it back for a refund or exchange.  Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same product.

    Please email info@abhsafrica.com and state clearly on the returns note your reasons for return and whether you’d like a refund or exchange, and for which product. Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of receiving the goods back.

  • How do I change my account details?

    It is easy to update or change personal details by clicking the ‘My Account’ link at the top of our website, login to your account and then you are able to amend your unique profile settings, preferences, payment methods and address book etc..

  • Are your products the same as you’d find on the high street?

    Please rest assured that at ABHS Ltd, we pride ourselves on selling only the best in beauty. We work directly with the beauty brands themselves and all products have been tested and approved by a doctor. We are an authorised retailer. We do not retail on eBay or via any other third party distributors.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    After 3 to 5 working days depending on the location in Kenya.

  • Password specifications

    The minimum number of characters required for a password is 8 digits – there are currently no rules with regard to whether you use letters or numbers.

  • Specific delivery requests

    There are options within the checkout process for you to send a note to the courier asking them to leave the parcel in a specific place. This might be a garage, shed or a porch. This message will be send to the courier company in charge of your package.

  • How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

    To purchase a Gift Voucher, go to our Gifts section and select Gift Voucher. Here you simply  need to choose the value you wish to give, and then confirm all the details of the lucky recipient. You are also able to enter the date that the recipient will receive the voucher and enter a personal greeting of your choice. All Gift Vouchers are sent via email to the recipient’s email address. Please take extra care when entering these details. Its quick, easy and a great gift for any lover of fantastic beauty products!

  • What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

    Very occasionally people have reactions to certain products they haven’t used before. Please read the manufacturers leaflets which come with most cosmetics and creams to see if they are likely to cause you a problem.

    In all cases we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance. We have a special form that needs to be filled in if you do have a reaction to any products so we can advise the manufactures of the symptoms and problems occurred.

  • Which exchange rate do you use?

    All of our prices are set in our home currency (Kshs) and then exchanged to your chosen currency. We regularly review these rates, but in order to keep our pricing as simple as possible we change them on an infrequent basis.

    If you are not 100% happy with our conversion rates please feel free to place your orders in Kshs, in this instance your payment provider will convert your purchase price back to your local currency upon completion of the transaction.
